When you get mad what do you do? Do you workout, put on music how do you keep from losing it?

I had initiated a discussion on this topic and there are more than 350 responses for this. Most of them said they felt ashamed that they should not have got anger in the first place, they should not have shouted, they should not have smashed some article. A few of them said they would sit in a private place and listen to music. I personally prefer not to get angry. In the event if it is inevitable, then I would go away from the scene and start counting down from 100 to 1 and by that time, I should be back to normal. If a person does not get angry throughout his life, he is really a divine.

If by this stage I have not started crying, I usually throw myself into doing something physical, like housework and it is amazing how well it gets done! lol
