Paypal?, Please Help.......

I don't have a credit card and I don't have a bank account but i have an ATM. Can I still receive a transaction from other paypal or this site which is mylot?

The main thing is from where you belong.if you are in USA you can add your bank account to your paypal account and then can transfer money to your bank. if you are outside of USA i think iKobo payment option is good for you if you dont have credit card.
