That's right, but which one because many have refered to Jesus as being the Almighty himself. But notice what Jesus said in John 17:3 "This means everlasting life, their taking in the knowledge of you the only true God" So it's clear that Jesus himself refers to his Father in heaven as the one and only true God. Right?

This is a very big controversy and many people even those who call themselves believers fight on this because they say there's one God but they say the Father is God and the Christ is God.
We are man, but we are many. In Greek, man as the mankind is anthropos. God is theos. And even the false gods are theos. BUT when Christ spoke that He and the Father are one, He did not mean that He is the Son at the same time the Father. There are many verses which show that they are different and distinct from each other. They are ONE in purpose.
We hear people say we are together as one in the same way that the Father and the Son are one.

I can see by your comment that you have made some kind of study. I believe in the trinity but I believe each one has a different ministry but at the end They are one. I have studied the same in greek and yes, even the Egyptian Gods was called theos but it was because of the Hebrew from the old testament and when the Egyptians started having many Gods they looked at the Hebrew name for God and gave their God's also the name theos (interesting isnt it).

I also believe there is only one AWESOME true God and He IS the one of the Bible. Most people worship these statues but like a Reverand at my church said, "I don't want a God I gotta carry around, I want a God that can carry me!"
