we all know that all of us will come to this point and we cant escape from this reality that all of us were going to die. I know it's not good to hear such discussion like this but im just being real. If i die i want my body to be cremate and i want my ashes sprinkle or throw in the sea. So it's like for the last time i was able to be free. what about you which do you prefer cremate or burial? Be realistic.

I want to be cremated because I don't want my family to have to clean a grave and feel that they need to visit a grave yard. I want them to let me go with no guilt about anything.

i'd rather be cremated. it's the most practical for now. and like you, i'd like my ashes thrown into the sea where i think i really belong. it's my "go to" place when i want to think, when i am sad and lonely, even when i am happy. besides, when you're cremated, your relatives won't have to go back every year to the cemetery just to clean up your final resting plcae. i don't wanna oblige them.

I want to be cremated, but my family is against it, so I told them to bury me if it made it easier on them.

Personally I'd prefer to be buried but my reason are a little stranger than the norm. It's more of a genealogical motive than anything. The biggest thing though is to have a headstone with lots of information on it for future posterity. Kind of strange but to future genealogists in the family, it would be a gold mine.
