Christmas Chaos

I need help. My sister and mother are not speaking to each other, but I wanted to host XMAS at my home this year. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and not invite one or the other. If I invite my mother, my sister and her family (including my nieces and nephews) will not come. If I invite my sister, my mother won't come. Any advice???

That's a tough one. You might just have to have two separate parties. They really need to get over whatever it is that is bothering them. Life is too short, and they will feel really bad if something happens to one of them. Maybe you can help them work it out?
