Christmas Shopping

Are we ever really finished our Christmas shopping? Christmas comes every year. Once Christmas passes we start preparing for the next one. Seriously though, I always say "I'm done" and then find myself out shopping again. I figure if I start early, in October, I can spread the money out over a couple of months and the damage won't be so bad. But when I start early, I just don't seem to stop. It's usually about getting one more stocking stuffer or trying to even out the kids' gifts, or trying to get something other than clothes for my husband. Men are so hard to buy for. I have said more than once this month that I have finished my Christmas shopping and my husband said, "Yeah, I've heard that before." But really, I am now. My Avon lady is coming tomorrow with my last set of gifts. Done!
