Do you have different personalities for when you are with your family, your friends, online, etc?
How So?

I think yes. I cannot be really myself when I'm with my family. With friends, yes, but there are times that I have to put limitations. But when I'm online or when talking to someone who doesn't know me personally, I can be myself. Also works when I know that person personally but we are not close with each other. I don't know why I can be more of myself when I'm with "close to strangers" people.

when i was younger, my personality on line was a lot differnt then in person, more direct and unfront. eventually it started to blend together. i'm sure i'm pretty much the same everywhre, but i do speak out more with friends then i do with my family...and i bet i'm more outrageous with my husband then anyone else...i'm sure he knows me the best...

I don't have multiple personalities. It actually drives me crazy when I see people do this. My dad is one of the people that do though. When I was in High School, he would be so mad at me that he wouldn't talk to me for MONTHS!! but if we went to my grandma's or something, we would talk like there was nothing wrong. As soon as we returned home, he refused to talk to me again.

This is the real me! I do not believe in being different around anyone. You either take me as I am or not at all. : )

I dont think I have. What I know about myself is, I suppress feelings like anger, hatred etc when I am among others. But when I am with my family, I dont hesitate to show those. But I cool down fast and I cant stay angry with anybody.

I think everyone puts on a different face depending on who you are around. It is definitely true for me! While at work, I can be me for the most part, but really watch what I say about people. I love my boss but she tends to talk about people and I try not to voice my opinion, because sometimes I am wondering if she is fishing for gossip and I don't want tobe a part of that. Around my family, I have to stay hush hush about the guy I am dating. They have met him once and didn't care for him. Long story. I am torn by what to say about him, so I have left it simple that I still see him as a good friend. To my friends, they see me...all of me. My real good friends know my habits, know my jokes, and know my issues and daily problems, and I keep that private often times from work and family.
