Where in this world is the petrol available at the most cheapest rate. All of you users kindly share the rates of petrol in your country but make it converted into US dollars for everyone to understand.

i think it's cheaper in saudi arabia and some like arab countries as in arab countries only the petrol are been found so it's my opinion

yeah. even i think that. I guess there the petrol will be cheaper than water. They have got those huge oil wells from where they get the petrol.
