I'm curious as to whether the limited genepool provided by one male and two females, all of which are closely biologically related, would even be capable of supporting the race for more than a few generations before inbreeding made the race completely unviable.
That said, if it were possible, I don't see why not. At that point, the laws of society as we know that would completely break down, and I don't think incest would be quite the social taboo that it is today.
