Any one suggest me a simple way to reduce my weight

hi, what you can do is take a glass of hot water drink it before brushing you teeth. take a glass of hot water evry time you feel thirsty. use stairs instead of lifts,esclaltors,elevators, etc.do steps for 20 mins which makes you loose 360 cals.take a brisk walk for 30-45 mins evryday in the morning.eat healthy food rather then oily food.

all weight gain andd weight loss is based on calories in versus calories out. It doesn't matter how much you are eating in volume it matters how much you are bringing in in calories. exersice...run alot and drink lots of water low intensity work outs are the best for buring body fat. high intensity workouts will burn carbs instead. hope that helps
