orkut is blocked what to do ?

Is it possible to block a site? Can anyone tell me how to do this? I want to block few sites in my relatives internet Cafe. We tried sometime back but it did not work. This question is good enough for a new post, but let's carry on here itself. So please some body explain how to block few sites in windows XP machine. In server or in individual PC's.

Its not blocked, the site is under construction for revival. There is rumour it is also going to be like myLot. Just wait and see for further notification.
