Legal poker - a new concept

A new site e-pokerusa.com has been around for a few months now. This site is legal in the united states, since the players playing poker on the site are really not gambling. The idea is that you play normal poker against others at your table, while another player plays at another table, but each table is dealt identical cards. Then your achievement can be compared to his, and the better poker player (they both had the same cards) wins. This idea is based on Duplicate bridge, which is an olympic sport and has been around for over a century. People have been talking about duplicate poker for quite some time, but no one ever got around to creating something like this. What do you think of the concept ? What do you think of the site ?
