how many years would you like to have now?

People in general have afraid about age and to become aged and me too i feel so also because i'm not so young anymore. It always seems that in the past we felt better than in the present just because we had few years, but i don't know if it is really so. Perhaps we don't remember enough about that period because we can't remember everything. So i'd like to know from you how many years would you like to have, -10 or -20 or something else
