Scientists and researchers condcuted a 6 week expedition to try and find the last remaining Baiji Dolphins and they found none. Its possible that they had missed one or two, but that's not enougth to support a ongoing population.
I find it sad that a species of dolphin has now gone extinct due to people destroying their habitat and illegal fishing.
At this rate it seems only inevitable that more marine life will follow the same path. Do you think we can change to prevent more extinctions?

Unfortunately we never do seem to learn, as humans, from our mistakes. Look how many other creatures have become extinct just during the past 100 years. There are so many. Yet we continue to abuse the earth, abuse the species it holds and abuse the atmosphere around it
I guess there holds some truth to the fact that the bible says God will let man destroy himself. I can see it happening.
