Mail from unknow persons

I get this stuff in my yahoo mail all the time. It comes from random names that i don't know and has subjects as if from friends like, "how was your weekend" and stuff. This is spam mail and should be deleted immediately without opening. It spreads cookies and viruses and spyware onto your computer.

I don't know what kind of file this is, but I do know that it's best to NOT open email from unknown persons, especially with an attachment, as it can contain a virus, worm, trojan horse, or spyware! I delete all email from unknown persons, and when a new friend emails me, I get their email address in advance, and ask they put something to identify them which I recognize, in the subject line. Keeps my hard drive safer.
