i got $10 and i need it immediately how can i get that and what are the procedures to follow.. and within how many days.. i will get the cash in my hand..??

Paypal minimum payout thru a bank checque
is US$ 150 . And its fees is 5$ .
if you have verified your credit card then
it may be possible to get your earnings
into credit card ; 5$ fees will be collected .

did you got $10 in your myLot account or in your paypal account? Because if they are on myLot account you must wait the 15 of January to cash back them. If you have them in paypal, you must sign your bank details in your paypal account and then transfer money there
