I looked at different cheesecake recipes over the internet. But nothing is better than getting a recipe from someone who uses a certain or secret ingredient that makes their food unlike the rest. Can someone give me a quick and easy recipe to making a delicious cheesecake, strawberry to be exact. Maybe you know how to make the cheesecake have strawberry swirls inside. Sounds good. I am just looking for something different and original.

Well, i m posting a recipe for pastry cheescake crust. Try it:
1/3 cup Softened Butter
1/3 cup Sugar
1 each Egg
1-1/4 cups Unsifted Flour
Instructions:
mix well. Spread dough on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool and fill.
