I have lived here in Eastern Pa all my life and have noticed that it is REALLY GETTING DIRTY! I walk outside and trash is blowing down the roads like leaves used to do. I am not talking small pieces of paper either...I am talking about newspapers, large fastfood bags, cups, etc. It's clogging the sewers,it's making front yards look like the city dumps, and making the streets even worse. I mean not only do you have to drive over potholes...now you have to roll over dirty diapers, fastfood bags, etc. COME ON PEOPLE! Pennsylvania is suppose to be beautiful! Do people do this at home? Eat McDonald's then when finished throw their bags on the livingroom floor and their milkshake on their beds? It seems to me what used to be "The Keystone State" has now become "The Trashsablowin State". GET A GARBAGE BAG/FIND A GARBAGE CAN....After all, that IS why they were invented!

I think it's the people that live around here that cause it. So many people don't care and just throw their trash out the window or on the ground. Sometimes it could get otrn apart by racoons or whatever, but still clean it up. I live in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, and we have some of the same problem.

I'm from PA too and I've noticed that more than anything it's just getting congested, as is the rest of the United States though. I grew up in a small suburb in Bucks County, PA and currently live a few hours from there and I've noticed that in both areas there's just a ton of development which of course leads to more people and more trash. It sucks really lol I loved the diversity of the state but anymore it seems that the entire state is becoming an extension of Philly (don't get me wrong though, I love Philly.)
