What's the best way to go abbout a fund raising program?

I think to leagally and successfully raise funds you need to form a committee first of all. Register your organization. Another important and vital thing I would suggest is bring in some well known figures in your city as trustees. They dont have to do anything. Just have to let u use his/her name in the organization. If you can do that then you will have grand success. I worked really well for me.
