Did they find out what cause the Ecoli at Taco Bells?

My daughter came home yesterday and asked if I heard about the Ecoli at Taco Bells, said no she said they thought it was the onions, but found out it wasnt, I wonder if they will find out what caused it.

now they are saying it may have been the lettuce, that was the last thing i heard.

Why is it always the lettuce, is there something in the lettuce or where the lettuce is coming from.
