Please tell me how to learn Mandarin language

First, you have to learn the 'han yu pin yin'. It's the chinese version of phonics. You have to master this before you can get the words pronounced correctly later. Then come the difficult part whereby you have to learn how to write, from up to down and left to right in the correct sequence. Beginners will have the han yu pin yin written under each word to help them to pronounce. Later, you have to memorise and recognise the word yourself. If you are skipping the writing and reading parts, i.e. just learning conversational mandarin, then it's easier. Learn it like any other languages. Hope this help a little.
