AGLOCO! Will it succeed? What do you think?

There seems to be a lot of interest on making money on the internet and on agloco recently, especially on mylot. Let's not advertise on this thread our referral links but let us discuss whether agloco will succeed or not.
They have a good vision and definite plan on how to make it a success and they are moving along smoothly but what do you think are the limitations of this program. One of the benefit is for people of low income who can at least get internet connection, as if the program succeeds they can earn few bucks but it has disadvantages for advertising companies since they are not the real customers.
What is your opinion?
