I smoke aprox. 20 cigarettes per day. I tryed to quit, but not any results!! If i could quit ...

I smoke about 30 a day depending on what time I get up and go to bed. I gave up for 2 years once, then I divorced, been smoking ever since and doubt I will ever stop.
