How do you make a very tender juicy steak in a short period of time?

I like to put a char rub on it and a plain italian salad dressing and marinate for about 10-30 minutes,Yummy on the grillor in the oven.Ilike it grilled better.

grilled is best and thick is preferred

I heat the grill to max then sear each side for a short time I get a nice rare steak perfecto
