Online time wasters (games, sites, fun stuff,...)

What are some good sites or games to play when you're just doing a lot of nothing in front of the computer?
I don't have that many currently, but I enjoy:
HOMESTAR RUNNER
Has amusing animations and a few flash games (the Strong Bad emails are the best part of the site).

I spend a lot of time on Neopets. I love the flash games and I do a lot of Battle Dome fighting. It's basically an interactive virtual pet site. You play games to win Neopoints which you can use for all kinds of in-game items and level ups and things like that. It's very worksafe - while it was originally geared towards college aged folks, it's family friendly.

Thanks. I know of Neopets, but I don't like it much (I do know a lot of people are addicted to it). I also tried this community thing one time... I forgot what it was called, but you'd post and earn points to spend on avatar clothes and so on.. Oh, it was called Gaia Online. But I got bored with it after a while. Some people enjoy it, so here it goes:

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I belong to a site called gather.com. The site is very similiar to myLot, but instead of discussions you can write articles,poems or games. You can join different groups, I belong to a lot of game groups and we play alphabetical word and lists games and all kinds of different things. Instead of friends you have connections. You don't earn money but you do earn points towards gift cards. The games are really fun. You might want to check it out.
