What is a chocolate cell phone?

I was watching a commercial the other day and they had phones going through a factory and it was like adding flavor to the cell phone (well it was just changing the color) and then the commercial said try the new chocolate designs. I don't even know what a chocolate phone does! Does it help you get to See's Candies or something????? Please help me out here. I am outdated!
