Reduce skin wrinkling with Vitamin C

did know eating fruits rich in vitamin C (ascorbic acid) actually reduces skin wrinkling that no cosmetic can offer? Vitamin C contains free hydrogen atoms that react with radical oxgen ions in the atmosphere that can course the break down of collagen fibers (main substance that keeps the elasticity of our skin). Enough supply of vitamin C in the body means less harm to the collagen fibers and hence fresh skin without wrinkles and youthful look no matter the age.

u get the same effect from whatever source BUT nature offers the best without side effects. morever the act of trying to chew, suck of the juice from an orange and all that goes a long way not just to gain vitamin C but also indirectly excersises ur muslces that help in chewing and ur teeth and makes them healthier and stronger.
