what's your best ways to growing earnings here?

I became a member some days ago, and i post somethings here ,but no excellently work. no idea to write in my mind ,so my earnings still stayed two days before. who can help me ,tell me, what's you do the best way to improve earnings?

more post daily and try to get a few referral. Example 100 referral = each of them u get arounf $0.02 daily 0.02 x 100 = usd$2 x 30days = USD$60 + you own post (USD$10) TOTAL = USD$70

I tried to promoting my downline before but the answer, just i'm lonely i don't know why maybe ,my skill so bad. no body believe me .
