Do you think using ORKUT is a wate of time

it is extremely useful.u can learn the opinions of a wide range of ppl abt the stuff that interests u.i mean,for example,if u want details on any educational institution,u can go to their community and check wid any of the members as most of them will probably be a part of that institution and can easily enlighten u.

i was a gr8 fan or orkut tl a week back..i had been active on it for 4 yrs and had a very big frnds network....i used to login daily....ten 1 day a frnd of mine called up and told me tat he cudnt find my profile on orkut..wen i tried loggin in it sid tat my account has been deleted...i was totally shocked...i tried sending mails to the adminstrator but still no use...im not gona use orkut again..

According to me it is useful. My opinion differs from you when you say it becomes useless when you start chatting with unknown persons. Well dear it depends upon you how you utilise your time when you are chatting with somebody. You may be getting some kind of useful information at some time. At some other point of time you may be sharing some useful information / thoughts to somebody. You can give and get help from somebody in need. Discuss a lot of things quickly and so on.. What is your opinion...

its useful for me.. u can get information over there as well... and i have made quite good Frends as well for sure :)
