model home for film shoot

Hello, we are looking for a model home in the Toronto ON Canada area that is decorated and has two levels or at least a set of stairs. We are looking to film a short movie and are wondering if anyone has anything available or would be willing to open their doors for us. The home is meant to be that of a young late 20's early 30's upper middle class couple. The film is very low budget. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please email to icon@ghana.com.
