you shoul increase you vocablory this you can do by regularly reading english newspaper,also along with that you need to use what you are getting,firstly try to speak in front of that person with which you are comfortable doing in this way you will get some confidence and than you can speak in a proper manner.well i will suggest you to keep on discussing here also because it is also beneficial have faith in yourself my brother i am also an engineering student from jaipur and i am improving my self.... all the best

Probably the best way to improve your English would be to immerse yourself into the language--put yourself with people who only speak English, then you will be forced to figure out what to say. As far as written English, probably just practice, practice, practice. Good luck!
