I think it is possible. The church has been known to bury things that don't agree with their way of thinking.
As for no evidence..we area talking many years ago. It is certainly hard to keep track of people today, how can we track down what happened thousands of years ago.

wife or son/daughter of CHRIST in life? it was funny & ridicolous idea.. If HE did so, HE should be a selfishman, only think about HIS & HIS families, and then our faith in HIM became no worthy at all..
But actually we are HIS sons & daughters in GOD..

he is a human after all..plus, how could christ teach of love and the difference between fraternal and romantic love if he didn't know anything about loving romantically..how could he teach people to value relationships in the family if he didn't have a family himself..

I'm not sure. If He did have a wife and even children, I don't think that makes him any less divine. I think it's quite possible that Jesus could have married and shared his life with someone. There has been a lot left out of the Bible over the years and people have only begun to release stories that have been left out. Maybe this is just another one of those stories that was removed.

The DaVinci Code is just a work of fiction there is no evidence that Jesus had a wife or a child and there is a lot of evidence to support the belief that he didn't.
all the best urban

No! The Bible does not say a thing about Jesus being married or having any children. He was here for one purpose and that was to teach us to love and forgive and to be the Ultimate Sacrifice for our sins.
Believe God's Word...the Bible. Don't let satan fool you into thinking otherwise.

I think it's possible of course. I have no doubt in my mind about Christ's existance and importance to mankind. Let me make that clear firstly. The Bible was written so close to his lifetime that it makes it very difficult to argue against and for that I am very grateful. It would be like me writing something about World War I now and someone trying to dispute it in 2000 years time.
But there are so many pieces of the original scriptures missing and held by the Vatican that it leads to this kind of vacancy in the true word. People will always make outrageous claims when others hold onto the real truths.
I am a protestant and do not approve of Catholic beliefs. I do not believe in worshipping a man (the pope), and I do not believe in expensive and lavish churches. Jesus stated "on this rock I build my church". I believe this to Christ saying that you don't need these things. Don't waste your money worshipping false things, that money would be better served to the poor... afterall they are the ones who shall inherit the earth. Jesus also said it was harder for a rich person to enter the kingdom...
It's a thinker... hehe. Good question Shaj.

I think it is a very feasible theory. If this was a theory created by Dan Brown, I don't think I would have taken it seriously, but Dan Brown stole the main plot and theory from the book 'The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail' by Micheal Baigent and Richard Leigh.
There are other historians who believe Christ was married and did sire kids. So I am inclined to believe.

I would only say if the Da Vinci Code is not about truth then it is also not the fiction.

I also believe that he was a normal human being and he was a prophet of god, but having a child and a wife is not confirmed, it is just hypothesis.
The book was well researched, and it does not contain fictions just hypothesis and theories. He linked many events in logical sequence. I enjoyed reading it really.

The Da Vinci Code is just a fiction althoug it really affects the beliefs of many people. Nothing in the New Testament indicate that the Lord had a wife or child before.
We should concentrate on the Bible and don't believe what is not written there or what could be appropriately deduced therefrom. We speak where the Bible speaks and we should be silent where the Bible is silent.
There are really many people who want to pervert the Holy Bible.
