Laptop or Desktop?

Which do you own and which do you prefer? I personally have a desktop I built myself, I have little use for a laptop. I do own a really old laptop that I got for free at work because they were getting rid of them because they were so old, its a circa 2000 Dell, and I use that sometimes around my apartment.

i have a desktop i wish i had a laptop :-( so i can get in bed n type while im laying down :-(

yes...i wish i could do that at times...my neck sometimes gets cramps from sitting in this chair all day

I prefer a desktop , because it is cheap and they can be modify easily yea

I have a desktop i built myself for at home and a toshiba laptop for on the road and lan parties with my friends. I prefer the desktop because it's upgradable, whereas a laptop is pretty much static to maintain an up to date sys tem you have to buy a new one more often. Give me a screwdriver and i'll buy the parts and upgrade my existing desktop.

Oh i love my laptop, it can do everything a desktop does with one other benefit you can do it anywhere you want.

i have desktop...i think a laptop is better its more convenient and easy to carry around
