Which one is perfect place for living flat or own land?????????????

I will prefer own land is best for livig. You can buid your dream house as you want But, in flat you can't get the satisfaction as your own house. What do you think??????????

I want something I know I own. So I'd definately choose a house. Preferably with lots of land for horses, cows, etc. If I'm going to be paying monthly, I might as well get something out of it (ownership).
