A Dream is expressing your subconcious thoughts, which you desire but nat dare to think further about them in concious state! We are do self criticism, but normally very few of us tend to take our neagtive points too seriously and brrod on them to get them rectified or we think too much about or positive aspect and always living with them. The thoughts at the time of sleep gives the directions to your Dream. If you think something very pleasant while sleeping you tend to dream some thing very nice to experience and if you are stressed and and tensed you are bound to get some disturbibg Dreams!Your body hormones also play a major role in giving directions to your Dream. A youngster entering teens and in the teens tend to see more romantic dreams than an full grown adult as his hormones are always dominating his brain with romance and attarction towards opposite gender. Kids they can never dream such things. Now the studies they revealed that its you and only you, who can give directions to your dream. You can never do any thing in Dream which you normally can't do in your actual life! Example If you can never talk any foregn language then in Dreams also you can never do, Why it is always that we Dream in the same langiage what we know! Because it is our brain and we ourselves creating the dream and we want to understand the language! Scientists say that we Dream in black and white. But I experienced few dreams in color, which I can say for sure that I dreamt about the color of the Guitar which was supposed to be presented to me by my father, I wanted something in Red color and I dreamt that it was brown one! Maximum od us forget the dreams next day! But try this to recollect the dreams...You can recollect the last dreams just before going to your sleep next day on your bed, this implies that you need to have same state of mind to recollect the dreams also, which is a subconcious one! Do you want to have some dream with horror? Just think about any horror situation before going to sleep and take the blanket on your head to be secured ans Sleep! I bet you are going to dream some horrible thing, chances I give are above 90%. This is tested by me and found is very true! Plaese respond me back...about your experience!

There is two types of dream, the dream that you experiece when you are sleeping and the dream that you always think when you are awake, a dream is an inspiration, sometimes, it gives us hope when we are thinking of it because we want it to happen in reality not just when we are sleeping.

here's some scientific definition of dream: A dream is the experience of envisioned images, sounds, or other sensations during sleep. The events of dreams are often impossible or unlikely to occur in physical reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer. The exception is lucid dreaming, in which a dreamer realizes that he or she is dreaming—being sometimes even capable of changing the oneiric reality around him or her and controlling various aspects of the dream, in which the suspension of disbelief is broken.[citation needed] Dreamers may experience strong emotions while dreaming. Frightening or upsetting dreams are referred to as nightmares. The scientific discipline of dream research is oneirology. from http://www.wikipedia.org greetings. : )
