I would say Thomas Edison. He was a great inventor and leader.
For my country specific, Nelson Mandela.

I think it is Mother Terasa.She worked for the poorest of the poor without taking into account any caste creed or religion.Hope all will agree.

i dont think hitler and mahatma are non-religious....
infact every leader followed their religion.....
we can consider some agnostic for it but i dont see any such most influential agnostic...
