do u like riding cycles for long distances?

I know that cycling is a good exercise, but do you like doing it if you are supposed to travel for many miles? It pains a lot...Will you like it?..

I don't cycle at all now as I feel I am too old and haven't got the energy. When I was younger, I would cycle for about 40 miles each day in all kinds of weather, and I loved every minute of it.
