could you see the 3 star at the sky at night !!!

i am from philippines and everynight we gather with our friends in our village here. I am wondering that why those 3 stars above is always there...try to look for it,go out at night and look for a tri star lined up with a four corner star.then look again another night you can see them again. its amazing...

if you go by indian mythology then these stars depict an event in mythology..the four corner star is called mrig nakshatra( mrig= deer ;nakshatra=constellation)..the three stars in a row depict an arrow and if u follow the line u will see another bright star in line with the arrow which signifies a hunter...
