28 states , 20 languages, who is an indian by pure means??. Every state has differnt culture..inthat every district/ town has it's folks,looms and lores. such a blend no one can boast of.. but anyone has thought of one culture ..Indian culture. Nothing for a big India. This effects when you will ask a question to ur indianism..Are you an Indain by pure means......why????
