why is the indian cricket team low in confidence

the indian cricket team is very low in confidence.they are not playing well.everyone is blaming that they are too much cocentrating on the sponsers.but they problems could be different.i cant understand why they not playing well

this is because of the new coach greg Chappel..he is introduced many changes in our team..he has made a pure bowler a batsmen..so these changes are affecting the indian team a lot and we have seen this also in the recent tour to south africa..

there r a lot of pressures on the players these days. tht tension created by those pressures has pulled the confidence of the players....

i think the reason behind the poor performance is the pressure of expectations from their fans. if any one is not performing in one match then he is getting so much criticisim that he will be nervous and most probably loose his confidence. in the same way all the players losses their confidence and r now out of form.
