What particular sound annoys you the most?

I hate mosquitos sound while sleeping because it makes me cannot sleep. I also hates the rocket like sounds installed in a car when reversing. I do hopes the car to accident!

High pitched sound produced by my earlier INTEL HT 2.8 GHz processor. Thank God! Got rid of that.

If you asked me a week ago I would have said the most annoying noise for me is a motorbike. I hate it when I'm sitting at traffic lights and a motorbike pulls up next to me and revs its engine, it drives me mad to the extent that I picture myself reaching out of my window and shoving the rider off the bike just to shut him up LOL! The other day I was in a department store browsing some jewellery sets to buy as presents. There was a woman near me with a toddler in a pushchair. He was crying, he cried at the top of his lungs for the entire time the woman was in the shop. I and other shoppers around her just kept glaring at her but she just acted like the kid wasn't crying, he seemed really distressed but she just ignored his wails which seemed to be getting louder and louder. When I left the shop I was walking towards my office and thinking "Ah thank God I can't hear that howling anymore!" when suddenly I heard if again - the woman came out of the shop behind me and literally followed me all the way to my office with the kid screaming in the pushchair. When I turned into my office I had to turn around to make sure I wasn't being stalked, luckily she carried on down the road past my office block! That is the day I decided a wailing child is the most annoying sound, especially when the parent does nothing to soothe the child!

I can barely stand someone who sings so loud but is completely out of tune. You know, the kind of people who tries so hard but the song just doesn't agree with them. And they just keep on going and going. Here in our subdivision, when it's Friday, I usually hear two to three persons singing. It's like, it's Karaoke day when it's friday. Some are ok to the ears but there's just that one voice that makes me want to stuff my ears with something so I won't be able to hear them.

Has to be either the 7:25 school bell or fire alarms

the most annoying sound to me now coming back from a 24 hour plane trip is... "DADDY WE ARE IN THE AIR OMG WE ARE GOING TO CRASH INTO A MOUNTAIN AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" IMAGINE HEARING THAT FOR 24 HOURS STREIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Snoring would have to be the worst, it is quiet and all you can here is it!

i hate the sound of horns in traffic.i just hate it when someone honks at me asking for way when there is a person driving infront of me.that just drives me crazy.

Smacking sounds people make when they eat like wild pigs! I hate that sound. I'm always yelling at my spouse to shut his mouth when eating. It annoys me!
