IF WE OVER DO THE LIFTING HEAVY THINGS AND RUNNING AROUND FOR THE SAKE OF OUR APPERANCE. WHAT ARE THE LONG TERM BENIFITS AS APOSED TO THE LONG TERM HARM. IS IT AS BAD AS SMOKING ? DRINKING ? TAKING DRUGS? RACING CARS? BEING A BOUNCER ? TAKING A JOB IN THE ARMED FORCES------THE LIST GOES ON, I THINK IF YOU PLAY, LAUGH ,WORK, INTERACT, AND MOST IMPORTENTLY BE NICE TO YOUR MOTHER. YOU DONT NEED TO LIFT HEAVY THINGS, RUN TO PLACES , YOU DONT REALLY HAVE TO GO TO.,BE YOUR SELF.
