how to prevent from viruses?

can somebody help me pls. i can,t work on my computer coz it's said that there was a virus on it so some pop up page are continiously pop on my screen pls tell me how to resolve that. thanks

i had the same problem. there is a virus guard called nod 32 its da best of the best. install it in ur pc and i will guarenty you that ur pc is safe.
