Online Shopping using Paypal?

Hi everyone, i reside in south india so i have a doubt on how to make purchases online using paypal. Can i shop from ebay india? or Can i only shop from websites where purchases are made only with US dollars?

using paypal for ebay india wil come out a bit expensive, rather use it for shopping on international sites, like ebay.com. i foung that electronics are much cheaper there even with the international delivery charges.

In paypal i think you can change your money into indian and u can use ebay india, atleast i can use the swedish one
