how do you feel when some one praise u and if some one Criticize u?

its always a nice feeling when some one praise us.. how will be ur feeling.. and what if someone so critical on u/?

Being praised in something that you do great is heartwarming but I'd rather listen to critisisms because it's the one that really improves my performance or my work.
