Sometimes my posting is not counted,Is there any problems?

Even i have encountered this a lot of times. sometimes it even happens that i get 2 for posting one. wierd na !! donno why ... can anyone explain?

i dont know about the problem but i have encountered this problem also sometimes my ratings are decreased.... i just dont know what is hapenning.
