I dont know how much is awarded exactly for the responses but i think it must be a cent.

somewhere along the line i saw t6hat it was a cent per response..i don't know if you get more if you get rated..i rate everyone everywhere i go..

Yes, i think when someone reply your discussion you earn money. I'm not sure, we can't know it. Post more and more and earn money.
