Last night,I went out clubbing,to 2 places in one night, one party was a some guy's birthday.the other one was a group of friends I knew(over 50 pepole)When I left from the second party,I noticed that there was a cell phone left on the couch,That's probably some guy was high and stuff then went home without it.Today I checked out the price of the phone,It worth around $450usd.I can't believe it.And I considered this it what I called Luck/Lucky.

lost and found - when we find things that do not belong to us, we are honor bound to find the rightful owner. At least that is how I was raised and concerns me that someone could conside just keeping something they find.
You should find a way of returning it. Someone since you knew 50 of them should know whose it is, or you can dial the number and find out that way possibly or the company may know the serial number or something like that and track down the owner Good luck in doing the right thing!

I know I shouldn't be taking it,but it's a Sony ericsson K800i,that I can't resist,now,if u look at it this way,if u were me,will u give up the phone or $450usd(because it's how much it worth)?

I myself would return the phone or at least find out who owns it so you could return it to that person. But then again I am honest.

Do you really have to ask? You know returning it is the right thing to do. Remember what goes around comes around in this life. The phone isn't yours. It's the same as stealing.

I HOPE YOU ARE PLANNING TO RETURN THE PHONE!!! if you dont, then please do not complain about your bad luck in your other discussions. Why should we care?who cares how much it costs? whos cares if you need money? IT IS NOT YOUR PHONE. Do the right thing, you will go much farther in life, and you will feel good about yourself. Take it back to the party house, or the club. At least have the courtesy to call the guy from his phone. Do you know the difference between right and wrong?

You need to return the phone. How upset would you be if you lost a $450 phone? If anything, remember karma gets you in the end.

you are lucky in a way.. but it's not yours it belongs to someone else.. i'm quite sure that the owner is trying to find the cellphone right now and if he indeed calls, i think you should be more than willing to return it back... on the other hand, if the owner doesn't call for a few months or so then you should consider yourself lucky...

that is not luck, but dishonesty. u will feel more happier and fulfilled if you could do some goodwill to people especially the owner of the cell. may your conscience teach you the right thing.

well if you are planning to keep the phone then im sorry, you are nothing but a thief.sorry to sound like that.in my opinion you should check the numbers stored in the sim/phone and call them and find out whose that mobile is and find a way to return it to him.and i think you will feel much better in doing that.

Well once he turns the phone off you will not be able to use it anyways. He could report it stolen then if you tried to do anything you would go to jail. Yeah that is lucky all right.

"Karma is a b!tch", baby... How would you feel if you lost your phone and the person who found it didn't return it? You were at a party and didn't find the phone in some random spot like the street or a cab), and I'm sure if you tried you could have found the rightful owner. Ever heard of the expression: "Do unto others as you would have them do to you..."

you should return the phone - since there is a WAY to return it by calling people on his list to see who owns the phone. if you keep it, that is a terrible thing to do, like stealing...do the right thing and make yourself really lucky and return it...well good luck w/ your decision
