are you fat?do you have a complex about it.well i do and i thnk that i woul dlike to share it with all of you.it is pretty much like this.i feel very sensitive about the way i look especially about my midriff.anyway one day i was eating at a resturant one of the customers just walked to my table and told me that i was pigging it like fodd was going out of style and that i should leave some food for the others.i never felt worse than i did that day.
i realised that i do have a complex about my chubbiness and if anyone passes any comment on it i immediately get very defensive!any suggestions to help me out with this complex that i see to have developed?advice on dieting are also welcome!

Here is what I told Brokentia for her diabetes: There is a book titled EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE. It uses the concept of each blood type utilizes different foods different ways. I used this reference and lost weight, ate alot and never felt better before in my life. I am A+. I cannot absorb B12 from food. I am prone to pernicious anemia. Type O people can eat meat, I cannot digest it properly. If any thing it will expand your knowlege. Try it! Available at any bookstore. Good luck! you'll be showing that bod by summer!! :)

See we all define beauty. In my definition of the word, these types would be considered an antonym. :-)

Adkins worked for me, 60 pounds in 3 months. It also killed the anxiety problems I was having at the time.
However, I'm 36 and I have been a short chunky women for most of my life. In High school this boy made a poem about me, "Here comes Kelly, boobs, butt and knees!" Better yet "Kelly belly big fat jelly" in elementary. I'm still a chunky monkey, lOL. But I'm OK. As long as my health is fine, I don't care. Everyone has complexes about themselves, so why should I worry about what they think, when they aren't happy with themselves? You have to learn to do the right things for the right reasons and forget what others think. Lose wieght to improve your health, not to make some jerk happy! You define beauty no one has the right to define it for you!
Hope this has helped,*hugs*
