I can, but it's now as confortable as with a pillow!

I dont no.. sometimes without my pillow my neck hurts really bad and other times it doesnt matter.

If I sleep without a pillow I have to be face up when on my back or on my stomach with my head side ways otherwise I need a pillow if I sleep on my side.
